It’s the first night out at the club. The drinks are flowing (vodka and Jagerbombs). Charlotte pulls Gary for a "talk" on the smoking terrace. It starts calm but quickly escalates when Charlotte accuses Gary of never respecting her during the "old days." Gary fires back that she’s married now and needs to let go of the past.
While meant to be a sun-soaked escape of Sangria and beach clubs, the holiday quickly dissolved into infighting. Tensions erupted between Bethan, Beau, and Abbie. The drama peaked when Natalie Phillips openly labeled Bethan and Beau’s relationship as "toxic," sparking an enormous shouting match that divided the house across international borders.
Former cast member Adam Guthrie made regular appearances throughout the run.

Unlike typical seasons where the cast heads to a foreign location like Cancun or Australia, Series 20 took place entirely in Newcastle upon Tyne. The twist was the "Big Birthday Battle" theme. The cast was split into two teams— and Team Scott —competing against each other in various wild challenges to see who could throw the best parties and emerge victorious.
