Characters with three open rune slots (like Killey and Sheena) are inherently top-tier. You can stack Fury, Double-Beat, and Heavy Damage runes onto them.
Similar to Georg, Pesmerga is a late-game heavy knight with massive defense and attack stats, perfect for absorbing damage in the front row.
High HP but cannot use magic. Fire Breath Rune lacks late-game scaling.
