To use the dongle as an SDR, you must replace the stock TV driver with a generic WinUSB driver. This generic driver allows specialized SDR software to bypass the TV tuner functionality and directly access the raw radio frequencies.
If the software cannot find the device, run Zadig again. Sometimes Interface 1 also needs the WinUSB driver. Repeat the process for Interface 1 if it exists.
