: Ensure your computer's date and time are accurate. If the license is older, some users temporarily set their system date back to a year when the license was valid (e.g., 2018 or 2019) to regain access.
Inside, locate and run the Sentinel Driver installer (usually named Setup.exe or SSD5.4.1-x86-x64-Setup.exe ). Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
ETABS checks the Level.txt file upon initialization to verify which tier of the software it should launch. If this text file contains incorrect or extra characters, validation fails instantly.
The most common cause is that the licensing service has stopped responding or has hung.
ETABS needs to know where to look for the license.

Some Bluetooth devices have coarse volume implementations (see picture above). The coarse hardware volume defeats volumeCTRL’s fine software volume setting and prevents performance from behaving optimally! This makes it appear as if volumeCTRL does not work!
